Enter the map Customs and search for and kill five Scavs whom can be found throughout the map. Be sure to check if they have the MP-133 12ga shotguns. This shotgun can be found on Scavs, inside various Searchable Containers, or simply lying around. You can also purchase them from Jaeger or the flea market. They must be in a functional state to be handed in. To hand over the shotguns, go to the Traders menu, then to Prapor and click on the "Tasks" tab. Here you should see a button to hand over the shotguns.
