- Increases all percentage bonuses from Hideout zones (1% per level → +50% at Elite Level)
- Reduces fuel, air and water filters consumption rate (0.5% per level → -25% at Elite Level)
- Elite level: +2 slots for fuel canisters
- Elite level: +2 slots for water filters
- Elite level: +2 slots for air filters
- Elite level: +2 to the storage limit of coins in a bitcoin farm
