The first controller can be found in the center console of a black SUV at the checkpoint east of the lumber camp.

The first gyroscope can be found in an open black box located in the back of a cyan pickup at the lumber camp.

Shoreline
The second controller can be found near the "Road to Customs" extraction. Start by finding the car trailer near the Radar Antenna. You should see it near the railroad tracks.
Jump onto the trailer and then look at the corner shown in the picture below, facing away from the radar station. You want to start from this corner and run directly straight ahead.
After a few seconds of running, you should bump right into the box that contains the Controller.

Standing on top, look at where these arrows line up (facing away from the radar station, which is to our right) and head in this direction

Another way is to start at the crashed drone near the "Road to Customs" extract. Stay right next to the rock nearby, facing the drone, turn a bit right and you can see the wooden box with the second controller in it.

The third controller is located in the health resort. Head to room 306 in the east wing of the resort. You either need an East wing room 306 key or an East wing room 308 key to gain access to the room. Once inside room 306, go to the balcony where the controller can be found inside of a cardboard box.

The second gyroscope is also located in the health resort. Head to room 216 in the west wing of the resort. You need a West wing room 216 key to enter it. After entering the room, immediately turn left. There will be a metal cabinet with a slightly opened door in front of you. Look through this door and you'll be able to grab the gyroscope.
