Dorm room 206 Key can commonly be found in Scav pockets and Backpacks. Once you have obtained the key head to the second floor of the two-story dorms on Customs. After unlocking the door you simply need to walk inside of the room to complete the objective but to finish the quest you must securely extract from Customs once.
