The PB 9x18PM silenced pistol (PB) is a pistol in Escape from Tarkov.

Description

PB silenced pistol (GRAU Index 6П9) was designed for the purposes of army reconnaissance groups and USSR KGB personnel and introduced into service in 1967. Still operated nowadays by FSB special forces and internal troops of Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The PB pistol is one of the first weapons in the game not present in Escape from Tarkov's predecessor, Contract Wars, a PvP multiplayer game also by Battlestate Games (as Absolutsoft).
